As customers of delivery services ourselves, we understand that knowing WHEN (and trusting HOW) your goods are being delivered, helps you plan your time and your fire door job, more easily.

So, we offer a number of options for both residential and business delivery services.

The standard delivery service is 3-5 working days from order date (all orders under £100 are sent out without tracking information).

Choose WHEN your order is delivered

• Tracked delivery (if you just need to know which DAY the delivery is expected to arrive)
• Timed & Tracked delivery (if you would like to know an estimated TIME window within which the delivery is expected to arrive)
• Date specific delivery (if you require the goods for a job that starts on a specific date)

Choose HOW your order is delivered

• Royal Mail (tracking available for some orders)
• Hermes (includes tracking information)
• DHL (includes timed delivery sms/email updates)

If you would like to include tracked delivery, timed tracked delivery or specific date for delivery just choose the ‘fast delivery’ option at the checkout (£5.99 + VAT) and add any delivery instructions into the ‘delivery instructions’ text box in the order process.

We will do our best to make any adjustment so that you get your goods WHEN you want and HOW you want.
