    Every DeadLock & Hinge fire rated door pack includes: 3 No. 102 x 76mm SSS Grade 13 Hinges, 1 No. 76mm SSS Deadlock, 1 No. 70mm Cylinder c/w Thumb Turn and 1.0mm intumescent pad.

    Pack now includes FREE pair of 'Fire Door Keep Shut' 75mm SAA (metal) signs with screw fixings! If you require a PVC 'Fire Door Keep Shut' self adhesive door sign please mention when ordering.

    • Suitable for FD30(30min) rated Fire Doors (this pack is also available for FD60(60min) doors, please ask for details)

    • 3 No. Grade 13 (4" x 3") H/Duty ball bearing Hinges - SSS
    • 1 No. 76mm BS E/Profile Deadlock  - SSS
    • 1 No. 70mm Cylinder c/w Thumb Turn - SN
    • 1.0mm Intumescent pads for lock and hinges, pre-cut, self adhesive (suitable for most FD30 applications, contact us for FD60 option)

    The standard delivery service is 3-5 working days from order date (all orders under £100 are sent out without tracking information).

    • Timed & Tracked delivery (if you would like to know an estimated TIME window within which the delivery is expected to arrive)
    • Date specific delivery (if you require the goods for a job that starts on a specific date)


    Choose HOW your order is delivered


    • Royal Mail (tracking available for some orders)
    • Hermes (includes tracking information)
    • DHL (includes timed delivery sms/email updates)


    If you would like to include tracked delivery, timed tracked delivery or specific date for delivery just choose the ‘fast delivery’ option at the checkout (£5.99 + VAT) and add any delivery instructions into the ‘delivery instructions’ text box in the order process.
