Intumescent Hinge Pads
Fire Essentials offers the widest range of graphite and MAP based intumescent hardware protection products, all at TRADE prices.
Intumescent hinge pads fit behind each leaf of the hinge and are ESSENTIAL in most fire hinge certificates.

- 100 x 30mm (available in graphite or MAP)
- 100 x 36mm

Hinge measurement guide: If you have the hinge, measure the long side of one leaf then measure the short side of ONE leaf (from the edge to the knuckle or joint of the hinge) and you should have two measurements ie 100mm and then 30mm.
Intumescent Lock Pads
Lock pads are designed to fit around the body and behind any strike plate or box section (to act as a barrier between the lock and the door and frame). These pads are available online in graphite 0.8mm, 1.0mm or 2.0mm options and in MAP material (please ask for a quote).

Intumescent Latch & Bolt Pads
Latch and flush bolt pads are designed to fit around the body of the latch and between the strike plate or bolt (to act as a barrier between the latch or bolt and the door and/or frame). These pads are available online in graphite 0.8mm, 1.0mm or 2.0mm options and in MAP material (please ask for a quote).
